Submission of the registration form does not guarantee participation, as all registrations are subject to approval. Yes. Registrations must be submitted by the deadline listed on the registration page. Early registration is strongly encouraged, as space is limited.
Yes. Official IPEM credentials are required for entry and must be worn at all times. Credentials will be available for on-site pickup at the event registration desk by approved, registered participants upon arrival.

Travel & Accommodations
Attendees are responsible for ensuring they meet all entry requirements for travel to Japan. Please review the official Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan's website linked here for the most up to date guidance on visa requirements, entry procedures, and travel advisories. We strongly recommend completing all required customs and immigration declaration forms prior to arrival in order to expedite processing time at the airport.
U.S. citizens traveling to Japan for a short-term stay (up to 90 days) do not need a visa. Travelers should ensure their passport is valid for the duration of their stay.
No. Participants are responsible for all travel, lodging, and incidental costs unless otherwise specified.

Agenda, Programming & Participation
IPEM includes both public-facing business forum sessions and closed-door Ministerial discussions. Access to certain sessions may be restricted based on role, protocol, or security considerations.
Speaking roles are curated and by invitation only. Interested participants may contact the event team for consideration at questions@webstergroupinc.com.
Participants may submit proposals for deal announcements, partnerships, or investment commitments through the deal submission process linked here. All submissions are subject to review.
Media, Communications & Protocol
Media participation will be limited and managed in accordance with event protocols. Additional information will be shared with confirmed participants.
Participation by communications or media staff is subject to approval and credentialing requirements.
Interpretation services may be available for select sessions. Further details will be provided closer to the event.
Networking & Hospitality
Attendees will have multiple opportunities to network throughout the event, including during scheduled networking breaks and hosted lunches.
Complimentary food and beverages will be provided to all attendees during designated breaks and meal periods. Attendees are responsible for all other costs related to the event, including but not limited to travel and accommodation arrangements.
Post Event Information
Participants may share general information about their participation in the public-facing portions of the event, subject to applicable organizational policies. Content related to closed-door sessions, Ministerial discussions, or non-public announcements should not be shared publicly. Additional guidance on media and social media use will be provided to participants as appropriate.
Participants will be asked to complete a post-event survey providing feedback on various aspects of the event. Upon completion of the survey, electronic copies of the presentations will be shared, subject to speaker approval and availability.
